Return/ Exchange Policy
We want our customers to be truthfully satisfied with the purchases here at ..::bagsgaloree::.. Should you be unsatisfied for any reason, please email to us at inmacloset@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt of item.
All sales items are final and subject to limited availability. We will try to expedite on the process for exchange of any defective or wrong product shipped by accident .
Return Policy
Due to shipping cost, we do not accept refund unless there is a defect in the bag that makes it unusable, refund is treated on a case by case basis at our discretion. We are more than fair and will honour your request. If it is within reason, we will be glad to oblige you with a creative solution such as crediting your account or by exchanging your item. Please make sure that all questions regarding the items before ordering.
We will refund the purchase price (excluding initial shipping charges).Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was received and may take up to 3-10 business days (depending on initial payment mode) after receipt of the returned goods.
Exchange
Once we receive your item for exchange, we will Ship your new order. Additional exchange shipping charges will apply .

Please note that no refunds or exchanges will be granted after exceeding a 3 Days period from receipt of item(s).
We will instruct you where to return your bag(s). (DO NOT RETURN TO SENDER). You must contact us before returning any items in order to receive a refund or replacement.
Items MUST BE in new & unused condition with all tags and original packaging. No item will be accepted after it has been used. By wearing the product the first time or having it unwrapped, refund policy will be voided. The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed.
Returned package must be sent via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a replacement/refund to be issued. In such cases, we will lose the initial cost of shipping to you, hence we can not offer to reimburse the returning postage fees.
