Are your bags authentic?

Shipment fees are already included in the prices (Singapore only). We use EMS or UPS express to ship bags to worldwide. Estimate delivery time is 7 to 10 business days to arrive at your door.

Items will be ship within 1-3 business day of cleared payment.
Our shipping and packing fees are determined by the shipped weight and size of the item.Items are include first-quality materials and professional packing services, you will be charged nothing of tax.
For combine shipping, we offer discount. Wholesale of at least 15 pcs of your desire with greater discounts; additional overseas shipping prices do apply.

With the rising no. of scam cases for online shoppers what can you assure us as buyers?
We as online shoppers understand how it feels if we do not receive the purchased item, worse if full payment had been made yet the seller disappeared. How to order via email? What can I do if I cannot find the bag on the site?
